Hexwood, a new Minecraft server located in the United States, is set to launch version 1.21.3 after months of development. Players are invited to join a vibrant community where they can engage in farming and fishing using a unique system, or team up with friends to conquer dungeons and defeat challenging custom bosses for rare loot. Additionally, players have the option to relax, build, and socialize within the game, fostering a cozy environment for like-minded individuals from around the globe.
The server features an innovative skills system, having replaced the familiar McMMO with a new approach called AuraSkills, providing players with a fresh experience. Currently, Hexwood offers two dungeons and seven bosses that require teamwork to defeat, with plans for future expansions to include more dungeons. Beyond regular items, players can obtain custom gear, including a complete set of Mythril equipment by exploring dungeons or visiting an exotic trader, allowing them to enjoy new gameplay options that go beyond the standard Netherite gear.
